Dec. 2021 - Willow’s Place

For December, FOH team member, Michael, selected Willow’s Place facilitated by Mission Services. $1 from each Danish Wedding Cookie sold this month will go to support their goal of providing low-barrier services to female-identifying folks experiencing homelessness, precarious housing, and social isolation. Here’s what Michael has to say about why he picked Willow’s Place:

“I told my social worker friend that it was my turn to pick this month's charity cookie and that I wanted to know who would make the most of our donation and keep vulnerable people out of the cold this winter. She immediately replied Willows Place. They are a non-profit social service agency in Hamilton on a mission to end poverty and create safe places to learn, heal and grow."
